For example, in September in Germany, sales rose 21 percent in Japan - at 3.5 per cent in Britain - at 11.4 percent. In the United States in the same month sold 23 percent fewer vehicles than last year, but during the program was a sales decline at 12 percent. In Russia, currently in force other government programs supporting Russian auto plants - soft loans for the purchase of cars assembled in this country, part of the interest rates are subsidized by the state.
